Waiting for the right lighting.

It was a chilly Winter morning but I woke up to the snow covered trees and knew I time was of the essence. It was cloudy with little chance of sunshine but I wanted to capture the snow on the trees so I headed out to Ancaster to two of my favourite places to take photos. This photo was taken at Tiffany Falls Conservation Area. The attraction of this location is the waterfall but I it was the light bouncing off the snow and the trees that drew me to this scene for me to photograph. Just as I was about to leave the area the sun peaked through and I went back down the path and was able to take a few more photos with the lighting before it was hidden away again in the clouds.
